Smell - Heather honey, with hints of cinnamon and toffee.
Very subtle hint of peat smoke.
Taste - Creamy vanilla spice turns to a more pronounced smoky charcoal flavor, especially with the addition of water. The smoky flavor doesn't dominate, but is balanced by sweet honey and spice flavors.
Finish - Full, silky mouthfeel with a dry, tart and persistent finish, accompanied by delicious spice notes.
