Kyoto Whiskey Nishijin Ori Black Belt is an exquisite whiskey brewed by Kyoto Shuzo, the first whiskey distillery in Kyoto. This whiskey is unique due to its geographical location, located in Kyotanba Town on the Tanba Plateau, surrounded by mountains, rich in natural scenery and high-quality water.
The Yura River next to the distillery provides pure water quality, coupled with the large temperature difference between day and night in the plateau climate. These conditions jointly promote the maturation process of the whiskey, giving this whiskey a fine and delicate taste.
The alcohol content of Nishijin Black Belt Whiskey is 46%. It is matured in new American oak barrels, mixed with selected single malt whiskey, and then matured twice in bourbon oak barrels to create a full-bodied whiskey. Rich flavor of vanilla and fruit.
In addition, its packaging design uses Nishijin weaving, a traditional local craft in Kyoto, to make the wine label, and integrates the design elements of Japanese belts into it, showing a gorgeous and elegant style. This whiskey is not only a high-quality drink, but also a masterpiece that contains the traditional aesthetics and craftsmanship spirit of Kyoto, Japan.
