Any glass items or wine sets worth more than HK$700 (calculated as a single piece) after the consignee confirms receipt of the goods cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
If the value of the product is less than HK$700 (calculated as a single stick), if you find that the product is damaged or not in good condition when you receive the goods, you can contact the customer service department within 5 days to arrange for a replacement product. Otherwise, under normal circumstances, we will not accept any request for exchange or order cancellation.
If we agree that you have the right to replace the product, but the requested replacement product has been sold out, we will refund the relevant money to you.
At our independent discretion and under special circumstances, we will refund the money involved in online purchases to your credit card bank account.
Please present us with your original purchase receipt or related electronic receipt before accepting a product exchange.
Items must be returned together with any gifts included with the purchase, otherwise the value of the gifts will be deducted from the refund.
