You can enjoy free delivery service (details are included in the invoice) for every purchase of HK$700 or above in the e-store. For purchases over HK$700 or less, a delivery service fee of HK$35 is required.
Delivery service is limited to fixed addresses, and the service area includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan. Delivery hours are available from 10am to 9pm from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). The goods are delivered to the recipient address provided by the sender, but do not need to be delivered to the named recipient.
Next day delivery service
• Successfully place an order in the e-store before 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays), the order is accepted and the payment is completed, and an email confirmation is received After that, we will deliver the goods to your designated delivery address on the next working day during the estimated delivery period you selected (except Sundays and public holidays).
• Online orders received after 3pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be delivered on the second working day after the holidays.
• Please note that all items will be delivered as planned to the best of our ability.
• This service may be affected by seasonal factors (such as during major sales events) or holidays (such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, or Easter).
Delivery service does not apply to:
• Addresses with only a PO Box or postal number;
• Unfixed addresses, border restricted areas, outlying islands, hotel rooms, docks or cargo Warehouse;
• Delivery addresses on the fourth floor or above that cannot be directly accessed by lift
After you submit an order in the e-store, if the order is accepted by us, we will confirm the estimated delivery with you Delivery time and date. When the goods arrive, please check whether the ordered goods are complete, and have the recipient write the name and signature on the delivery note to confirm receipt of the goods.
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, we will try our best to arrange delivery on the next working day.
If you fail to collect the products you ordered because you missed the first delivery appointment or because you provided an inaccurate address, we will (i) make an appointment with you to arrange re-delivery or ( ii) reserves the right to charge you additional delivery fees for subsequent delivery appointments.
All delivery dates and times are estimated delivery dates and times. FROM THE MALT LIMITED will not be responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer due to delivery delays.
In case of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
