Kyoto Distillery Institute launches the 22nd edition of "Kinomi" gin with Japanese Noh mask as the label, using There are three types of barrels, including sherry barrels and wine barrels previously used by Karuizawa Distillery for aging whiskey, as well as new Mizunara barrels. Each barrel type gives the liquor a different individual flavor, balance and harmony. Complex warm aromas of candied ginger, dried fruit and dried coconut, transforming into rich oak and sweet caramel, finishing with a hint of violet florals and a long, round finish.
