Among the various original sakes owned by Yamazaki Distillery, Blenders carefully select the ideal malt liquor and blend it. It contains the malt whiskey stored in Mizunara barrels that represent Yamazaki, and the red wine barrels that lead Yamazaki to a new level. The unique malt whiskey stored in the barrels that bring Yamazaki to a new level is combined to create a new "New Yamazaki". Its biggest features are its mild, rich and multi-layered aroma and sweet and smooth taste.
Fragrance characteristics: It has the aroma of fresh strawberry and cherry. The sweet and slightly sour taste of honey gradually spreads in your mouth as you taste it. Sweet vanilla and cinnamon provide a pleasant aftertaste.
