Near the Saburo Maru Winery, there is a place called "Shiten Ming". There was once a rapeseed field where oil was collected to light lamps. The winery hopes to illuminate people's hearts as gently as that light, so it named this series "Ten Years Bright". This ten-year-old whiskey is a smooth and fruity blend that has been aged in red wine casks, adding soft fruit, tannins and gentle spiciness to the spirit.
