3. Unique Sherry Blend: Master Distiller Richard Paterson personally oversees the creation of a special sherry blend, combining aged Oloroso and rich Pedro Ximénez wines.
4. Final Maturation: The whisky undergoes a final maturation of up to 3 years in these specially seasoned oak casks, fully absorbing the essence of the sherry.
