The name "Vajra Heart", one of the products produced by Hakkaisan, comes from the Buddhist saying "The mind is one, like the immovable Vajra Heart". For example, "Hakkai Brewing" has been pursuing high quality since its establishment. Thoughts are as immovable as a diamond mind. It is brewed using the Daiginjo brewing method and matured for two years in an environment of minus 3 degrees Celsius. It has a delicate and warm taste.
