Kobe Brandy is produced by refining "Kobe wine". The grapes for all wines are grown in Kobe and harvested by hand, using only carefully selected grapes. Distilled twice in a single pot, this method is similar to the production process of Cognac and requires about 15 parts of Kobe wine to make one part of brandy.
