Launched in 2021, this limited edition Miyagikyo single malt whiskey is " The first product in the Nikka Discovery” series. To celebrate Nikka Whiskey’s 90th anniversary, the series offers an insight into the various experiments Nikka has carried out in whiskey making over the years.

This expression is made entirely from peated malt batches and is significantly different from Miyagikyo's "light and fruity" image. It displays bold, unique peat flavors combined with sophistication while leaving its signature ester notes on the finish.
