Made using the orthodox Scotch malt whiskey process, Nantou Distillery will mature the high-quality wine in oak barrels for more than four years to create a unique Chill-filtered (Non Chill-Filtered) for the best aroma and taste quality, no added caramel coloring, and skillfully blended by the bartender, showing a dense longan honey aroma and blended with mango, plantain, grape, plum preserves and other fruit aromas and citrus. The peel has a fresh aroma.
The upper layer of "OMAR Single Malt Whiskey - Sherry Dried Fruit" is floral and a hint of sulfur, the middle layer is ripe banana, soda cracker, plum, and the bottom layer is jam, sandalwood and dark chocolate. The wine is thick and sweet, just like caramel toast. After drinking, the aroma of dried fruit and orange cake echoes, a sweet but not greasy light sherry whiskey, and the trace of sulfur finally turns to smoke, adding to the overall thickness and finish.
