The Chita Single Grain whisky is a grain whisky under the Suntory group, produced by the Aichi Distillery using various unblended brewing techniques and skills, utilizing corn and malt spirits produced at the distillery, with a small portion of the original spirits originally used for blending Hibiki whisky taken out to create this grain whisky.
In 1972, Suntory established the "Chita Distillery" for producing grain whisky facing Ise Bay on the Chita Peninsula.
[Chita] Grain whisky only uses grain whisky spirits made from corn and malt raw materials produced at the Chita Distillery (located in Chita City, Aichi Prefecture). This whisky employs about 10 types of original spirits, characterized by a light taste and sweet aroma.
