This Yoichi single malt limited edition whiskey will be launched in 2021 as the first of the "Nikka Discovery" series product. In celebration of the Japanese Whiskey Company's 90th anniversary, the series aims to showcase the various experiments Nikka has carried out in whiskey making over the years.

This whiskey is made entirely from non-peated malt, which is different from people’s inherent impression of Yoichi’s “peaty” image. It offers a delicate balance of bright fruit and rich texture, along with the distinctive smokiness of coal-fired distillation.
